To respond to requests from various entities regarding zoning and variance issues impacting CENA and to provide a recommendation to the neighborhood in anticipation of neighborhood voting

There’s a lot of development going on in our neighborhood! When asked, CENA volunteers are glad to respond to requests for information regarding our neighborhood. In an effort to streamline this process, please reach out to to one of the team members included herein. Further, we have included several position statements herein which are responsive to some of the more common requests we hear. We are always glad to hear from folks who want to renovate and rejuvenate properties in our neighborhood.
